Xuwen He

Deputy Secretary-General, Patent Protection Association of China

2006­-2016, Mr He served in National Intellectual Property Administration, PRC (CNIPA). 

He has been engaged in patent examination and macro-management of intellectual property rights, 

and has rich experience in patent practice. He is also familiar with the operation and protection of intellectual property rights. 

Since 2016, Mr He has been working in PPAC as Deputy Secretary-General, 

Mainly in charge of the association management and member services, 

such as enterprises’ IP strategies, protection, operation, coordination, etc.
