Yang, Seung Ryong

Yang, Seung Ryong earned a Ph.D. from Purdue University, and is currently a professor in the Department of Food and Resource Economics at Korea University. He served as president of the Korea Derivatives Market Research Association, president of the Korea Agricultural Policy Association, and is also the author of Understanding the International Carbon Market, published in 2009.
