Je Chung Lee is an Associate Director in the Capital Market team at CSOP Asset Management, a leading ETF issuer based in Hong Kong and Singapore. The company is also expanding its presence into other countries to become a regional player in the Asia Pacific region. In his role, Je is responsible for international ETF strategy and business development.

Je's responsibilities include overseeing the overall development and management of the securities lending program. This involves defining the securities lending strategy, expanding the program, and optimizing program performance through establishing effective relationships with prime brokers. Additionally, Je plays a crucial role in driving business development in the Korean and Japanese markets. He leads marketing activities to establish a client base and promote the CSOP brand within investment communities. Je provides market insights and services to a diverse range of clients, including asset managers, insurers, pension funds, and broker-dealers.

With over 20 years of experience in the securities financing and global custody industry, Je has held various roles encompassing relationship management, sales, and risk management. His extensive experience and knowledge in end-to-end, front-to-back processes enable him to provide optimal solutions to clients.

Prior to joining CSOP Asset Management, Je worked at Macquarie Bank, HSBC, and J.P. Morgan. During his tenure at J.P. Morgan Hong Kong, he managed the securities lending program for large asset owners in the Asia Pacific region, including sovereign wealth funds, central banks, and asset managers. Je holds a B.A. degree in accounting from Macquarie University in Sydney.
