Sarah Lee Tucker, Senior Vice President, is in charge of the operational evaluation and analysis of the Las Vegas Sands Group, the world's
leading complex resort developer.
Sarah has been in the tourism industry for over 20 years and has excellent business acumen as well as experience. Since 2010, she has
been Senior Vice President of operational evaluation and analysis at Marina Bay Sands, a subsidiary of the Las Vegas Sands Group and
Singapore’s representative complex resort.
Sarah also encouraged collaboration between the operational and support departments of the company through operational evaluation and
improvement as well as streamlining of business processes, and introduction of best practices.
Prior to joining the Las Vegas Sands Group, she served as vice president of operations at Pinnacle Entertainment, an American casino and
resort firm. During the seven years of her tenure, she operated five regional casinos and promoted two new resort projects. Sarah played an
important role in doubling Pinnacle's sales, which was USD 514 million at the end of 2002, to over USD 1 billion by the end of 2009.
She worked at the headquarters of Station Casinos, an American company, and introduced best practices while overseeing the company's
eight casinos. While in charge of developing new casino jurisdictions, she led a new initiative to improve operational efficiency.
After graduating from the college, she joined Mirage Hotel & Casino, a global resort firm, as an internal control analysist, where she began
her career in the tourism industry. Six years after she joined the company, she was promoted to the head of operational evaluation.
Sarah Lee Tucker holds bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, the world famous for hotel
tourism.
