Victor Chua

Managing Partner, Vynn Capital

Victor is the Managing Partner of Vynn Capital, an early stage venture capital firm focusing on Travel, 

property, Food/FMCG, Female Economics and Logistics & Enablers. He was formally the Vice 

President of Gobi Partners and was with MAVCAP, the venture capital arm owned by the Ministry of 

Finance of Malaysia. His earlier career was with Willis Towers Watson, advising corporates, pension 

funds and sovereign funds on investment strategies. Some of his investments include Travelio from 

Indonesia, Carsome from Malaysia and Triip from Vietnam.

Victor was an honoree of the Forbes Asia 30 under 30 in 2017. He is currently the Chairman of the 

Malaysia Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (“MVCA”) as well as a CFA Charterholder and 

a Mensa member.
