Choi, Young Soo

President, Korea Derivatives Association

Youngsoo Choi is the professor of Mathematics at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, Korea. Choi serves as the President of the Korea Derivatives Association and served as editor of Korean journal of futures and options and also associate editor of Asia-Pacific journal of financial studies. Choi primary research fields are derivative markets and term structure of interest rate. Choi current research focuses on the development of Robo-advisor to provide digital financial advice based on the optimization algorithms. Choi received a BS from Seoul National University, Korea and a Ph.D. from the University of Chicago.
